Common Questions
How do I size a holder to my bottle?
Measure your bottle where the holder will grip it — the diameter for round bottles, or width and depth for square-ish ones — and enter it in the builder in inches or centimeters. We add a small clearance automatically so the bottle slides in and out easily; the shape you see in the 3D preview is exactly what we print.
What if my bottle is outside the size limits?
The builder accepts dimensions from 20 to 90 mm, with rectangle width capped at 3 in (76.2 mm). If your bottle falls outside that, message us — odd sizes are usually printable, and we can set up a custom order.
How does the board attach to my wall?
Every set ships with mounting hardware and instructions for common bathroom surfaces. If you have an unusual wall — glass, natural stone, wallpaper — get in touch before ordering and we'll advise.
How long until my order ships?
Every set is printed to order, so allow extra production time before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it ships; US shipping only for now.
What's your return policy?
Because each holder is made to your measurements, custom sets are final sale — except when something is wrong. If a piece arrives defective or damaged in transit, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
Will the holders or board rust?
No. The board is mirror-polished stainless steel and the holders are printed plastic — both live happily in a humid bathroom. Wipe the steel with a soft cloth to keep the mirror finish.
